Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

        Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

        Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

        International Standard: 10–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We offer free standard shipping on orders over [minimum order threshold AUD].

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information. If the package appears lost or stuck, contact us at lunaredlightstore@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at lunaredlightstore@gmail.com and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
